It is not too often these days that I am surprised by great service. Music123 provided superior service when my order of a Yamaha guitar came with a manufacturing defect. They immediately shipped a replacement that arrived in time for Christmas. It is a beautiful instrument in perfect condition. Thank you music123 and their professional and friendly support person, Elena.

Hometown Why do you want to know
I have been playing guitar for 3 years, and I own and have owned a few guitars. My friend just recently got this guitar, and I'm addicted to it. It is the B*E*S*T action I have seen on an acoustic. The neck feel like playing an electric. This guitar I prefer over my ovation celebrity. Great guitar, no complaints, you neeeeed to get one!

I just purchased this guitar and I love it. I certainly don't have anything to compare it to since it is my first but I will tell you what, it sounds great. The tuner that came with it is easy to use and got me up and running quickly. I am very pleased with the purchase. I only have one complaint - the dvd that comes with it will not teach you a darn thing, invest in lessons or look into other learning materials.
Good playing!

My family bought this as an instrument for the house, kind of thinking that my step dad would use it most, but I've been playing it like crazy. It's my first guitar ever, and I think it is a good instrument and a good package. It play's well right out of the box, and great for the money.

Everything was good about the guitar but the video that came with it isn't helpful. On the video they teacher uses an electric and electric is more complicated than an acoustic.
that's my only complaint.
