This is a factory-matched set of 14" Rock Hi-hats, 16" Rock Crash, and 20" Rock Ride, plus a free 18" Fast Crash. The 14" hi-hats have a heavy, focused sound with aggressive attack, projection, and a pronounced cutting chick sound. The 20" Ride is a heavy, high-pitched model with maximum stick definition and a powerful bell. The 16" crash is high pitched with enhanced attack and volume. The 18" Rock Crash is a higher-pitched crash with enhanced attack, projection and volume characteristics.
For their ZHT series Zildjian chose Ultimate Sheet Bronze, an alloy with a higher tin content for enhanced low- and mid-frequencies.
